ATHLETES' LOUNGE:
One of the goals here at RU is to help fans 'connect' to the awesome people involved in Short Track Speedskating. It is hoped that the end result will be many more fans and support for the sport as a whole. The skaters, coaches and support staff are the best ambassadors and advocates that ST has.
The Athletes' Lounge is intended to be a place where visitors can 'peek in' and see the skaters having fun, letting their hair down, chillin' - the person behind the athlete.
HOW WILL WE DO THIS?
1) A Slideshow of candid photos, off the ice. Just people having fun! I'll be starting on that project soon.
2) The 'Rocker-U Interv-U' - 2 Parts: A few Standard, 'serious' questions (that everyone will be asked), and a Just For Fun section (varies with each interview). You may be hearing from me soon!
